Timo has over 30 years of experince in Telecom manufacturer business. He is currently Head of Open Source Network and Service Automation and has been involved with open source for over ten years, focusing on community governance, community formation and evangilising. He is currently strongly involved in regulatory challenges impacting open source. Before engaging with open source, Timo was involved over 20 years with industry fora and standardisation. He has studied computer science in University of Helsinki.
