Information for sponsors

Thank you for supporting Code & Compliance! This page outlines how to take advantage of your sponsorship benefits and key deadlines to help you plan your involvement in the event.

For All Sponsors

Branding Assets: Please provide the following assets so we can feature your company in event materials:
 
  •  High-resolution logo (preferably in SVG, EPS, or PNG format)
  •  Company description (75–100 words) for promotional communications


Complimentary Passes: You will receive your complimentary registration discount codes via email once your sponsorship is confirmed. These can be used by your team or invited guests.

For Partner-Level Sponsors

Choose your event: You have the opportunity to have your name associated with a sponsored breakfast, lunch, or the welcome reception. These will be assigned based on the order of commitment, so please let us know your preference as soon as possible.

Speaking Slot:  You will receive a link to submit your talk proposal by the end of August. Submission deadline: September 30, 2026.

Video Testimonial: You’re invited to submit a short video testimonial to be featured on the event website.

  •  Maximum length: 3 minutes
  •  Format: YouTube-compatible video file.
  • Submission deadline: October 15, 2026. We will begin publishing testimonials as they are received, so submitting early will ensure greater visibility in the lead-up to the event.

Meeting Room Access:  If you would like to use a private meeting room, please let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate availability.

Social Media Promotion:  We will provide draft social media posts to highlight your participation. We will send this for your review before posting.
