With over 20 years of experience in IT and OT projects, Bartłomiej Głuch leads IT initiatives at Rail-Mil and across Kombud Group. In this role, he has been responsible for implementing Scrum and SAFe methodologies across the organization, streamlining project workflows, and improving the way teams organize and deliver their work. He also serves as the Group’s Head of Cybersecurity, overseeing cybersecurity strategy and initiatives across the organization. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software developer and project manager at Meelogic and Tieto. He holds degrees in Computer Science from the Szczecin University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Computer Science and has also completed postgraduate studies in IT Project Management.
